My Samsung s6 crashing randomly even after factory reset. Sometimes it tries to reboot and sometimes successfully.
The battery sometimes last all day easily as normat and other time runs out quickly. Once I noticed the back of the phone warm at that point. It will do this in airplane mode to ( wifi on)
I have charged the battery just now to 100%. Then it crashed soon after. Afer the crash it read 67%.
The percentage on screen is always the same as the turned off reading when I plug in the charger!
Its even crashed when in safe mode!
I have the phone in developer mode and took a bug report which is attached. ( sorry it won't upload)
I noticed this line in one bug report.:
01-23 08:07:11.488 5675 5675 W CrashLoopRemedyLog: unable to delete remedy log, instaCrash: false
I hope some of ghese clues will help.
I'm not a developer or guru so please keep that in mind as I don't understand the programming lingo.
