we can't help you if we do not know the problem. be as specific as you can.....like.....what exactly is wrong? is there an error when it happens? how often does it happen? what are the specifics when it happens.
If it's an MMS problem, like you can't send or receive MMS. Check the phone's APN settings are correct and present for your carrier. Your carrier should have their APN settings details on their website, or you contact their customer support about it.
FYI don't expect any help from LeTV about it. I'm pretty sure they're out of the phone business completely now. They lost too much money.
