Help Why is King Root at 0.1 percent for rooting

And sorry but I don't have a computer so anyway to fix this with no Pc or Mac just with the phone

It means it's frozen and will never complete. If it's going to be successful, KingRoot and the like should only take a few minutes at most.
FYI if your particular phone is running Android 6.x or later, so-called "one click" app only vulnerability exploit rooting tools like KingRoot won't be able to root it.
Depending on whatever phone it is, make, model, and sometimes carrier, you might need to use a PC to root it, if that's possible, like unlocking the bootloader, a suitable custom recovery, Magisk, etc.
If your device has Android 6.x or later, KingRoot shouldn't have done anything to the firmware, you should be able to reboot, and phone is back as it was. Looks like KingRoot hasn't been updated since 2015, so it's unlikely to be supporting any devices later than that anyway.

How can we make this clearer for noobs, you do not root your phone ever. You can though root a tree and feel fine with that!

Well the OP is trying to use KingRoot, and have already stated they don't have a PC or Mac.
But it looks like KingRoot hasn't been supported since early 2016. I'm sure what's actually happened, their business model of providing "free" exploit rooting, monetized with Chinese data mining and ads, basically went away with Andoid 6.x, 7.x or later.

That really does depend on the phone. Models with unlockable bootloaders and enough people interested in them to have some sort of dev community aren't usually too hard. But if you relied on these "one click root apps" then sure, you are out of luck with modern Android versions, and some manufacturers/carriers lock the bootloader pretty tightly these days.

like it was said before these one click root apps only went so far with android. google has long since patched securities that once made rooting with an app easy.......this is actually a good thing. as this protects the phone in the way that hacking your phone will be that much harder.
plus i like to root the hard way. by doing your research first and understanding the process. this is way more fun the something that was so easy. if things go wrong, you will have the technical knowledge to help troubleshoot. vs if something goes wrong in the app....you are screwed cuz you do not know where or how things went wrong.
if you want to root your phone, always head on over to XDA Developers Forums. it is a developers forum where the devs will post root findings and such. when you are there, check to see if there is a forum for your device. next see how active the forums are.
just remember no devs=no fun
and always read, read, read, and then read some more. if you have any questions please feel free to ask here.
and lastly what phone do you have? what model is your phone? each phone and carrier will have its own root process. know what phone and model you have will help us pinpoint how to root your device.
