No Root Firewall

I'd start by looking at Settings > Apps > No Root Firewall and seeing whether there is a battery setting in there. If not, try searching the settings.

I'm being imprecise because settings change with both android version and manufacturer, so not knowing what phone we are talking about means it's impossible to say where the setting will be (e.g. I'm using a Galaxy s21, and Samsung are about the worst of the lot for rearranging the Settings in their own way).
