hi, I have an issue. I recently got the blu vivo x6, and i think this is a andriod os problem, idk how to fix it, so basically what happens is. When having gestures enabled, if I take a screenshot or reset the phone it reverts back to the regular navigation bar.

does not sound like an android thing. why does everyone always blame android????? LOL

anyways by reset the phone do you mean rebooting the phone? or do you mean factory reset? and what do you mean it "it reverts back to the regular navigation bar"?

i have no problem on my note 10+ making screenshots using gestures.

have you looked into the gesture settings to make sure that everything is turned on? specifically palm swipe to capture is on?
i have enabled the "Use Sliding gestures to perform the same function" it removes the back button, home, and recent apps button, but when i reboot the phone it reverts back to the buttons, and I have tried applying the "swipe up on home gesture" to see if that would make the setting stick, but it didnt. I also reached out to a friend that has the same phone with android 9 pie on it, and his does the same.

i think this is an issue with your phone then. such is the life of getting an off branded phone. if a factory reset does not fix the issue then it is either something wrong with the manufacturer's version of the android os or its a hardware issue(which i do not think this is the case).

you will have to either learn to live with it or go to your carrier and see what they say about the issue....or get a new phone.
