    My personal exeprience with the Eris

    Okay, so I'm getting sick of having to do a factory reset on my phone when either: A. My phone freezes whenever I go into messages B. Every time I try to call a contact, it doesn't allow me (I click the contact but nothing happens) 3. Phone stays on lock (screen looks dark as if its turned off)...
