    Help power saving mode

    On my S5. The power saving mode does not save any more power whether its on or off. The use age of my phone is the same. Samsung says its a app. I'm confused, power saving mode is supposed to make the battery last longer. So why do they blame it on a app?

    Help wifi won't stay on

    My S3 won't stay connected to my home network. It shows my network but at the top of the screen it says 4g. I did a restart, removed the battery turned wifi off/on. I enter my password & connect then a few seconds later it goes back to 4g.

    On my S3 there is a setting to set the phone to stay on Verizon's network while in a wifi network area. The problem i had is while on Veriozn's network & phone's wifi is set to off the phone will go back to wifi. I contacted Verizon & they contacted Samsung, there is a way to set the phone up...

    Help can't send a message

    On my wife's S3 she has a message that won't send. It has a blue circle going around & around. I did a restart then soft reset, but the circle is still there.

    Help task tray icon

    On my wife's S3 the phone icon is gone as well on the apps screen. I see it in the apps mgr., when i try to create a folder for it on the task tray it says there is no more room. It's the only icon missing so how can there not be room?
