    Got an activation fee credit!

    Just got off with CS chat where I expressed my displeasure in the 4 1/2 hour wait I had in order to purchase and activate my Evo. I asked for a service credit and they offered to credit me the $18 activation fee and associated sales tax. Worth a shot for anyone interested. YMMV
