Help 2 questions

I recently started to experience 2problems with my x
1 my gmail accounts r not pushing to my phone. I have 2 manually update.
2 my alarm clock: alarm goes off at the time that it is set but it only rings once and then it automatically goes into snooze without me touching.
Any suggestions on either one, I searched and tried the clear data clear cache on my gmai l but still aint working.

1. remove the gmail account and re-add it.

2. go to settings > applications > manage applications > all > alarm clock (try it with gmail too, but only clear cache) clear data & clear cache.

if those things dont work, go to settings > privacy > factory data reset.
