Yeah, it's not working for me now either.

Head to Amazon.com, in the navigation pane on the left side of the page, select Appstore for Android and it should be there.

Alternatively, download the Amazon app store app (you'll need it for the apps anyway) and the included apps are displayed on the front page.

Granted, nothing to blow my hair back, but still, it is a nice thought from them. Still mulling over what games to get with my 5 bucks credit from yesterday.
