A Droid Testimonial

I was running today when the extra long laces caused by my skinny feet caused me to trip and fall. Luckily I had my droid in hand. I've broken 4 bones in this hand all in the same spot and had to have surgery on it. Instead the fall was broken by the screen on the droid as it scraped across the pavement. No scratches on me or the screen of the droid and no broken bones! This screen on this thing is incredible!

I presume you are running some kind of case or cover on it?

The idea of smashing my Droid on the ground makes me feel cold inside.

No case. The metal surrounding the screen is scraped a little but I don't really care about that.

It's cause the Droid has Gorilla Glass on it

Wow dude hope your feeling ok after the breaks and surgery. Yea droid screen is pretty tough. I've also noticed how the metal around the screen is a bit raised so i see how it couldn't really get scratched but the metal can.
