can you be more specific? is this for you as a developer? or you have ads running amuck on your phone? can you explain the situation better.

Check in your Google device ID.
Go into your Google Account info, you should find your advertisement ID there.

They mean in the phone menus. So where it is in my s21 (or would be if I hadn't deleted it) doesn't seem to be there in the OP's A32.
That location in the phone settings is also where you can change it (older phones) or delete it (at least some current phones). But they're having trouble finding it on their phone.
