I downloaded and installed the update to 4.3 maybe a month ago. Once the update was complete, my phone seemed to be re-downloading the files I'd downloaded before the update. Once it was done, it displayed the notifications that FILENAME.jpg (for twelve different files) had completed its download.

The problem is, I can't get these notifications to go away. I hit "clear," and they clear out for about thirty seconds, and then the list begins to re-populate. This has been going on since I got the update, and it's getting annoying. Has anyone else experienced this, or does someone know how to make it stop?

    Thanks!

Go into your Apps drawer and locate the Download app. Tap it and when it opens delete all files showing within using the Menu Softkey.
