Alternative FM radio (for over the air signals only) 2.3 DroidX

Hi, I am looking for an alternative FM radio app other than the one that comes with Android 2.3 (gingerbread) on DROID X. I hate the FM radio interface as it does not have the buttons for advancing singals by just 0.2 mhz. Is there an altenative FM radio app I can install just for over the air signals? I don't want any app t hat gets fm stations over data network. Over the air only

This apparently only works on some phones...Hope it works on yours...

It worked with my EVO...Thats why I remember it, but I'm on a Nexus S 4g now and the tuner is disabled ...
