Android 10 Released on ATT

I just read that AT&T just released Android 10 OTA for our phone. I'm pretty sure it's in Asia since the article was at:

But if it's started, we may get it within 2020. (But I wouldn't hold my breath) You never know. But be careful updating. I've heard from a programmer that it has some major changes that aren't compatible with some current apps and could cause major issuses.

It says the update has been issued in the USA too, but not to everyone. I would read it before trying to download the update, if you can.
