Help annoying auto play

My S3 starts playing without any action on my part. It is sometimes a song that plays, sometimes it is a podcast. Sometimes it is a radio station. All are at random. I would think it is an app, but it happens to all the apps that have an audio. This becomes embarrassing when you are away from your desk and music or a podcast starts playing. Is there a problem with the OS.

First time I've heard of this.

Hold the Home Key for about 3 seconds, press task manager, click on RAM and clear memory.

That'll close all the applications and any potential ones that may cause an issue.

Also, you may want to turn off voice commands for apps if you've got them turned on incase that's been turning it off and on by accident (can't find the shortcut in the settings but it's in there somewhere).

Other than that, maybe a factory reset?
