Application to change user account?

Is there any app or something out there that allows me to switch user accounts, similar to what you do on windows? I constatly borrow my Inspire to family members and I have to delete messages or stuff I don't want them to see. I would like to have this private account for when I'm using it and another one for when I borrow it to someone else. I've been looking but haven't found anything yet. Any ideas?
