After having my Droid for a short while, I said that I would be amazed if I had more than 10 apps installed at the one-year mark. Clearly I was wrong. But here's my list:

ADW.Launcher/LauncherPro (haven't decided)
Android Agenda Widget
Astrid
Astro File Manager
CallTrack
CarDockV2
Carrr Matey
Dialer One
Pandora
RPN Calc
Tasker
Google Voice
Where
Wifi Analyzer

I have others installed, but rarely use them, if at all, and they'll probably get uninstalled. Most, if not all, of these apps are a reflection of the creativity of the developers, but some are also an indication of where Android falls short. Either way, it's great that all these apps are available.

The ones I use daily and forget they are even there are:
LauncherPro
Voice Dial HF
GV
RingGuard

The ones I use daily and love are:
GMail
Gtalk
NewsRob
Engadget
My Verizon (the update is great, finally shows family plan info!)
Bloo
AIM
Clearcheckbook
AK notepad

Then just a lot of apps/toggles/games that I use but not daily :D
