Asphalt 7 not saving progress??

just bought the game, and i have not been able to get it to save my progress. i even created a Gameloft Live account, and ticked the box for it to remember my account, and when i relaunch the game, it not only doesnt remember my account, but after i log in, it imports a save file with zero progress. the damn thing wont even remember my settings. ive even tried playing through two cups in one sitting to see if you had to get past a certain point for it to trigger something, but i relaunched to find it all gone. this is becoming a bit frustrating. i sent an email to gameloft before noon today, but havent gotten a reply yet. so much for the first android game ive ever bought.

any insight would be greatly appreciated

I was having the same problem. Then I tried clearing data (in the phone settings) and started the game. It started verifying all the files and redownloaded some. Problem solved!

thank you so much. no idea why this didnt cross my mind... and still didnt work with gameloft live, but hey, thats why ive got titanium backup. may i be the first to give you a very warm welcome to the forums
