Help ATT Samsung Galaxy Note Clean Install Ice Cream Sandwich

Ok guys, I have an unlocked ATT Samsung Galaxy note which I use with Tmobile wireless. I want to clean install Ice Cream Sandwich so I don't have to have ATT apps and startup logo.

I am familiar with Odin and the firmware. I have the firmware for the Galaxy Note sold overseas but it will not work when flashing, it always fails. When I flash it using Ice Cream Sandwich for ATT it works just fine.

How can I install Ice Cream Sandwich and remove all the ATT branding and software?
