    Hey guys,

I've been having issues with my Desire, just got a quick question ... how do I back up my SMS's so I can restore them after a factory reset.

And which is the best way to factory reset the phone.. from the menu or by a combination of soft keys??

    Cheers
    Jackie

Search the Market for SMS Backup. The app by Michele Valentini is good - I've used it before.

    Mybackup Pro.

Backs up your phone and has a 1 click restore; even has scheduled backups.

    After factory reset?

If you're not using a custom rooted Rom, I would suggest its a hardware fault
