Help barely any signal

Hi hope you guys can help.
as of late inside the house my signal has been 0-2 bars last night it was just at 0 bars .
I'm not sure if this is a problem with the phone itself , or if it's the network.
Do you guys think I should get or need my phone replaced?.
Has anybody had this happen to them?. I'm in the Miami/South Florida area if that helps.
Phone is completely stock .

Was your signal ever any better in your house than 2 bars? I know Sprint is in the process of upgrading cell towers, you may want to check and see if the towers in your area are being updated. Other than that, I will leave this to people more knowledgeable about the tech stuff.

Hi, no it wasn't like this before. I called vm and they said a tower was being worked on, and that it'll be fixed around the 13th by 8pm or so . we shall see . I do appreciate your help.
