It wasn't for the Padres 😒
The Padres are doing the tango in Colorado. The Royals and the Red Sox had a good game tonight. It went scoreless through 10 then both teams put up one in the eleventh. KC kept Boston scoreless in the top of the twelfth and scored the winning run in the bottom of the inning. I sure miss talking baseball with Clem. Boston is her team.
It took 12 innings for the Royals to beat the Red Sox by one. Tonight Boston took revenge and defeated KC 10-1.
Well my Padres had a better Saturday than Sunday.

I'm not impressed with our reliever Suarez, he single handedly lost us the game yesterday

I think it sucks that they wait until you die to let you in, that person will neve feel the joy of being inducted in.
Better late than never but I think it was a pure travesty what MLB did to Pete. His stats clearly shows he was one of the very best of all time. It's not like he was betting on a game he was playing in where he might have the chance to make a buck by throwing a game. I will always be bitter.

My bad I guess. I wouldn't dispute google... I live by it. Did google say it effected his play? He was Mr. hustle and has incredible stats at multiple positions. I'm not condoning his gambling but he was a hell of a ball player.
If he was gambling on the games he was playing in I'm sure it did. Positively or negatively he was trying to win whatever he put money on.

Scrolling down a few rows of pics always works. Something about the first few that Google fetches are butched.
