Okay, I've had my Thunderbolt for about three weeks now. I've replaced it once within five days of owning it due to the resets and the battery light never turning green. It's still resetting but I'm holding out because I've heard of a software update that's supposed to fix this problem. The thing is, whenever it resets or I reset it myself, the battery power level drops at least 10%, if not more. Is anyone else having this problem? I love the phone (I upgraded from the LG Ally, so yeah, it's a massive upgrade) and I have the total protection warranty thing but since I'm past 14 days, I know I can't trade it in for anything else. Any advice? Thanks!
