Battery power consumption in settings

Hey guys,

Just need a little reassurance I think. My phone runs Android 10 and I have been looking at power consumption (by going settings>Battery>Power consumption details>software) lately and wondering if these things are normal. Sometimes it reads 'no apps using battery'..is this normal? Its usually between 2am-7am. Secondly for the last few days it has showed that on and off throughout the days Google Duo has been using the most battery? I have never used Duo in my life, but I know that apps can use battery power behind the scenes, but surely not that much?

Just go into settings, apps, scroll down to Duo and disable it.
Now it'll never run in the background and drain the battery.
