Battery Usage

So I have the J7, and when I look at battery usage, it only shows the screen consuming battery life, and it is listed as 100%. On my J3, it would show the percentage each app was consuming. Is there a setting to show what apps are draining the battery, or will it only always show the screen as 100%?

Well with the app power management software built into Android 6.0, what your seeing is where the current usage is. This phone rocks as far as battery management goes. I've never had a smart phone that lasted 3 days in normal use. Battery hogging apps will be put to sleep.

That's the problem, it doesn't show what apps are using the battery, only that the screen uses 100% of the battery power. Does yours break it down by app?

Mine shows other apps and the percent power they have used.

Anyone know if there is a phone number or email for tech support for them? I want to figure out why mine isn't showing the other apps. Maybe a setting I don't have set up?
