Being Shipped back for a Replacement

Hopefully the new one, which is being shipped May 6th will not have these call quality issues or I might have to return the phone and wait for something else. I love everything else about this phone so hopefully I'm not back on Eris and waiting for something else or the issue to be fixed.

The OTA I've been reading about it rumored to resolve the signal bar issue, but I have not read about it resolving the call quality issues. Where have you read this?

Yeah, I'd like some proof too. I read that the OTA addresses exchange issues and doesn't list anything about the signal bars, let alone the call quality.

If it is true, I'll be a very happy camper and won't need to exchange my phone.
