Best Android app to create collages

How can I find the best Android app to create collages for instrgam? I am using InstaCollage and Instant Collage, but neither one allows me to do exactly what I am trying to accomplish. InstaCollage has the templates that I am looking for, but I only have one text box, unable to but text in each cell of the collage. Instant Collage allows for multiple text fields but doesn't have the preset templates with the different backgrounds. My friends with IPhones create better collages than I am able to do.
