Angry birds and robo defense are the best!! And recently I have discovered Torero, the game is simple and graphics are average, but I find it veeery original (from a Latin point of view, indeed)

Space stg II is a great strategy game with a trial version available on the market and a full version available in an in application purchase. This game will keep you entertained for hours. It has few glitches if any. I would recomend this game to all.

I like Jelly Defense for it's challenging play, and artistic approach. The music is pretty epic. The graphics are especially good on a tablet. Try FieldRunners too.

No one should be distributing APK files without developer consent. If you can't download via Google Play, I would recommend you check out GetJar | Mobile |. They will probably have all (or mostly all) of those games and it is a legit source for Android Apps. IIRC, they do let you download APKs via a PC and then you can transfer them over to your own device.
