Has anyone tried to send a picture to another phone? Everytime I send a picture to my brother or sister it comes out blurry on their end but on my screen It is really Sharp. They have the EVO 4g and the Samsung epic.

Any fixaround this???

Thanks!!!

could be compression maybe? I send to my gf on her evo shift and she gets them fine. Are you sending 2d or 3d pics?

My husband has my "old" EVO 4G and pictures I send to him are fine. Haven't sent any to anyone with an Epic. Fwiw, they are also received fine on the Optimus S as well.

I am using the stock camera and only sending them 2d pics. The quality of the pics is really off on their end! I did not touch any of the settings either

Im not sure if the message app is compressing the image quality but when I sent the picture to my gmail it comes out crystal clear on my computer

try sending to another friend phone, it may be their phones individually. what happens when they send to you? what happens when the receive from others?

They receive pictures just fine and that was the case when I had the HTC Hero but ever since I've purchased the 3D the quality on their end has been sub par but when I upload to the internet it is really sharp

I'd recommend sending as an email attachment and see how it comes out.

then you'll be able to tell if it was messaging compression or something else.

Finally found a fix! When I unchecked 4:3 Wide Screen Photo Resolution they received the picture very clear.

Thanks everyone for the help!!
