I also would like to know. As much as I'm pro Adroid and not exactly an apple fan, what exactly is it that makes the iphone able to score a perfect 100 on acid test and not on Android?
I am not as knowledgeable a some on this, I'm sure, but from what I understand, the Acid3 test is not "true" conformity tests. Also, it congregates a set of smaller tests of unknown number, and rounds up to a hundred (what I glean from that is that if abrowser only tests for 95 subcategories, and scores perfectly on those 95, the test will still use 100 as the base).
Hopefully, someone with the technical know how will translate.
