Root Bootloop After Unbrick/Unroot method??

So I was coming from BobZ CM10 rom, and wanted to go back to stock...used the unbrick method, and now i'm stuck in a bootloop?

Do I try it again?

Power off your phone.
Hold the Power button and the Volume down button until a LG screen shows up asking you if you want to factory reset, hit the power button and then hit it again, then it should work.

That's why this is at the end of my unbrick post:

If you are stuck in a bootloop, do this (it will factory reset by following this):

Take out your battery. Put it back in. Power on your phone holding Power+Vol Down.

It bootloops for me too. but when I try to do a factory reset it just boots back to the metroPCS boot animation and continues looping.

The way I have to do it is boot holding volume down and rapidly alternating between pressing home and back, letting go of power when the phone vibrates, but continuing alternating and holding down volume down.
