Buyers beware!

Wal-marts supply of phone chargers, branded "Just Wireless", cause the Optimus V to severely overheat within less than 5 seconds of being plugged in!and render the heat sensitive touch screen, practically useless!
i have tested with 2 chargers, of the same brand, and had the same effect on my phone. DO NOT PURCHASE! (unless you want to find out for yourself)

I have noticed this too. I only charge via USB now or with the phone's original equipment cable.

sadly, my cat got to my usb cable, and my a/c port is burnt out, so i know rely on an old kyocera charger and a car charger from circle k, which works fairly well.

You can get a complete charger set for around 2.50 or so shipped from amazon.
