Calculator?

Is there no built in calculator widget? If no, what widget do you recommend. I'm coming from the HTC Inspire which already had one included.

Nah Treb, I had to read it all a few times before it finally sunk in that he wanted a persistent calculator on the screen, not an app to open. I finally, after two years of smartphonisms, am beginning to understand the difference between apps and widgets.

Try AirCalc. It is not a widget but a floating window calculator. Sort of like the picture in picture feature found in the stock video app.
