Help Calendar reminders wake phone!

Last night, in the middle of the night, my phone kept lighting up for a few seconds every 5 minutes or so... when I FINALLY rolled over and looked at the screen, it was the lock screen with a calendar reminder.

This can't be normal to constantly wake the phone until I dismiss a reminder!
Anyone else seeing this?
