Root can unlock, cant root my tf300

HI there i've alreay looked around everywhere and i cant find a solid solution to what i need. I really want to root this tablet and unlock it . I just bought the asus transformer prime today. and i tried the unlock utility from theyre webpage that didnt work, then i tried to downgrade my fimware method and then rooting but nothing seems to work. Please help im a bit stomped here.

From what I understand, Asus is behind on updating their data base with the serial numbers of the tablet being sold. Try contacting Asus and asking them to make sure your serial number is in their data base or registering your tablet.
