Can you have shortcuts on the draw pattern or pin code lock screens?

Just wondering if it's possible to have shortcuts like camera, text, web, email at the bottom of a lockscreen if it's set for draw a pattern or pincode

With the stock ROM, No

With the stock ROM, Yes

Sammy could add 8Gigs of their software in addition to the OS, but couldn't retain one (critical) feature of the OS... grr
