Help Can you scroll Contacts with Outlook app on your phone?

I installed the Outlook app on my Samsung Galaxy S7 with Android v7.0 (Nougat) installed. It seems to work smoothly except for one problem. I cannot find the scrollbar in the contacts section. So I'm unable to scroll through my contacts. Is there a way to turn this on and make it appear?

Not sure what phone you had before this current one, but you don't use scrollbars. Just flick the screen

Hmmm.....I do screen-flick, but when you have over 2,000 contacts in your dbase, it takes a long time to flick from C to T in the alphabet. Scroll bars are very common both in Androids and iPhones for that purpose.
