Help cancellation of auto renew subscriptions

Hello there I'm having problems cancelling subscriptions to yourselves as I signed for this by mistake I thought I was just buying an album . Well I no longer have access to this device and I'm asking you to cancel the subscriptions. My email address is ***mod redacted*** and will be happy to supply you with details of proof of I.d.
