Help CANNOT get past lock screen

okay so today i woke up, checked my phone like usual and the notification bar got stuck. its happened before so i just turned it off then on. but then something happened and now it flashes from the lock screen to black, lock screen to black. i can get past the lock screen for 2 seconds enough to see my screen and if im fast enough look at my apps. but then it goes right back to the lock screen. i cant even turn it off normal. ive done battery pulls all day, left it sitting with out the battery, with the battery, charged it all the wall. nothing. ive only had it since december.
