OK, so stop using the default file browser, and try some of the suggestions above please

For the record ...
"phone default storage" doesn't tell us much. When you try to do it what does it say? EXACTLY what are you trying to view?

"lollipop built in" doesn't tell us much. The pre-installed software varies from one device to another. The decision on what to pre-install is left up to the manufacturer. I use a Motorla Droid Turbo 2 and it does not have a file manager pre-installed.
