Can't receive MMS from one number

Hi all, my wife and I have a HTC Desire each and if my son sends a picture message to us both she can't open it on her phone. I can open it on my phone and then forward it to hers, and she can open them from anybody else.

Any ideas?

He's on O2, she's on Orange, and I'm on 3.
