Help Can't recieve attachement!

Hi. I can't recieve some attachement to my android epost app when it's sent to my gmail. If I use a hotmail there is no problem recieving it. I have had the same problem both with Samsung S7 and Sony Z3. If I use the gmail android epost app there's no problem.
How do I fix it?
