Help Cant set individual ringtones for contacts

On my Motorola Atrix, I can get to the "Additional Info" within the contact, but the arrow that I am supposed to press to get to set the individual ringtone is not active. Ive tried this on several contacts, and none of them allow me to get into the "Additional Info" area. I'm sure its something obvious, but I'm just not getting it. Thanks in advance! This forum is great, and has been very informative, and I'm sure to be back many more times.

tap additional info to get the arrow aimed down.....thennnnnn...slide down, and down some more its at the very bottom, its kinda hidden
