Help Can't upgrade to ICS firmware?

I have a sensation which I rooted a while ago and fancied doing it again, but needed to upgrade the firmware first. I downloaded the universal full 3.33 firmware as per the instructions and tried to flash it in the bootloader but it just flashes up with several lines of text which quickly disappear taking me back to the bootlaoder home screen? Any ideas why this isnt working for me? The PG68IMG file is definitely on the root?
