Root [CDMA] #f191919 widget?

I think I may have deleted a stock widget using Titanium Backup that left a widget at the top of my widget list called #f191919. HTC shows as the developer. Does anyone know of a way to remove this from the widget list?

i have the same issue with the news widget, i froze it and it still shows

I'm not sure which one it was. I removed/froze a lot of stock apps. They were all listed in a thread on here as safe to remove though.

No luck with reboot or clear cache and clear dalvik cache. Im considering a hard reset now though as my google voice search is force closing after an update today.

Hard reset removed the #f191919 widget. I re-froze all the apps I had frozen before so the issue was from something I completely deleted.
