so I unlocked via htc. installed the latest clean ROM 2.9.5. awesome work by the way. anyway can I use the ROM manger for updates and add ons. just curious since had to do everything through twrp

It is always best to do anything through recovery rather than RM, a safer bet, less chance of issues, especially in your backups

Other users have reported problems with ROM manager after using the HTC unlock method.

I would highly advise against it. Especially if the ROM has a custom kernel, you will have wifi and 3g problems.

You can use the "ROM Updater" included with the CleanROM. Those come straight form the dev. ROM manager from the market isn't advised though.

Agreed 100%.

People report problems using RM with the htc root and with the full revolutionary root. It's asking for problems.

Once you get handy with recovery you'll wonder why you ever wanted to use rm.
