OK, I don't want to bother all of you if I will just waste your time but please, answer me now.. b4 it was shutdown animation and now battery icon; its not what you think that its the icon on the notification screen, its a no.. what I mean was the icon when the device is in power off state and will charge. (A black screen with a charging battery)
