Root Changing my memory card, Apps2SD will stay ?

Upgraded from 1.5 to 2.1
Rooted
Installed Samdroid Kitchen Mod and Samdroid Turbo

..I have a 1GB memory card...now I wanna buy another one...maybe 4GB

so what to do ?...about apps2sd.....and will all the other things mentioned above will stay?..or do I have to do it again?
