I hate the Google Reader app for podcasts, so I'm using the web browser to manage my Reader subscriptions.
The problem is that when I open a link to an mp3 podcast from the internet browser, I get the option to play online or download to sd card.
If I choose play online I get an option to play with Opera browser (even if I'm using the default browser!) or Streaming Media Player.
Opera is no use; it just downloads the audio file.
The Streaming Media Player is useless because you can't minimise and carry on listening. Even going into the settings stops playback.
I have Mortplayer installed but it's not offered as an option.
Is there a way to force these web links to open in Mortplayer?
Or is there another audio player that I can install on the SD (i.e. not winamp!) that can do the same?
I have a Wildfire S if that makes a difference.
Thank you
